Our products are custom-made to order. Depending on demand, production may take 1-2 weeks. Once completed, items are typically shipped within 2 days. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received to ensure fair treatment for all customers.

Each leather hide is unique, meaning no two products will look the same. If a specific leather is unavailable, we will suggest a similar alternative. Leather availability can vary, and sometimes it may take weeks to receive new stock.
